Team Eastside was luck enough to meet the UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson "the spider" Silva lastnight at the Liquid Lime in Kirkland! 

Sidekicks Gym is NOW the EASTSIDE MMA!

Thanks to everyone who helped in the transformation into the eastside largest and newest MMA training center. We have made a ton of changes, new projector that can project a 20 x 20 foot screen, to watch boxing and MMA matches in style, along with a great surround sound system. A 1500 square foot mat area for wrestling and grappling classes, and 2 new Freedom Trainers in our newly designed Strength Training and Cardio Rooms! Come on in and see the changes yourself, and bring a friend.
